Solenoid Door Lock for Disinfection Washers
With a very high locking force of at least 1,600 N, Kendrion offers a compact solenoid lock suited for locking disinfectors and sterilizers. An integrated solenoid enables simple control and combines quick unlocking with pleasant acoustics. The patented locking mechanism enables doors under load to be unlocked. The locking status is reported back by a microswitch and a mechanical emergency opening is provided. For different locking functions, the door lock is offered in the versions SL (self locked) and AL (active locked). Pre-locking and a second integrated microswitch are also possible.
Fluid Isolation Valves for laboratory glassware washing system
The Fluid Isolation valve from Kendrion with the dimensions 68 mm x 22 mm x 30 mm (h x w x d) is designed for switching aggressive media such as cleaning fluids in laboratory glass washers.
Low power consumption (≤ 4.6 W) and high nominal orifice (approx. 3.5 mm) makes the valve perfectly suited for medical and laboratory usage.
Pumping Drive for laboratroy washing systems
Linear solenoids with small stroke and high forces are often used to operate valves. Our frame solenoid with the compact dimensions of 28 mm x 34 mm x 71 mm (H x W x L) is used, for example, as a pump drive in a laboratory dishwasher. The actuator with 2.5 mm stroke achieves a starting force of 30 N (OC of 15%).
Depending on the application, Kendrion offers a wide range of solenoid versions that can be used as valve actuators.
