Oxygen-valve for dosage in anesthetic devices in application
In emergency medicine it is sometimes necessary to control oxygen flow to the patient by hand during the anesthesia process. The inhaled gas for the mask will be enriched with oxygen within the device.
For this “O2 flush function” a manual 2/2 way valve was provided with two micro switches which indicate the switching status to both controller and user shortly before the valve opens.
This customised development was realised in compact size. Particularly the use of standard push buttons or selectors made a comprehensively tolerance optimized design necessary.
