Shuttle rotary solenoid for load securing in transport systems
The BSM043 shuttle rotary magnet was specially developed for use as a stop/release slider in shuttle and transfer systems. The module consists of a bistable rotary magnet that performs a 90° rotary movement quickly and reliably, and has been expanded to include a robust, finger-shaped slider.
The holding function of the end positions ensures that the respective position is maintained even without power supply, so that the entire system impresses with low power consumption.
High-performance linear solenoids for precise stopping and separating
Our high-performance linear solenoids are perfectly suited to demanding stopping and separating tasks. These compact linear actuators have a square design with high stroke density, providing maximum performance in a small space.
They are available in various versions with strokes ranging from 5 to 20 mm and forces from 5 to 120 N, making them ideal for applications requiring reliable and powerful linear motion.
Electro Holding Magnets for Automation Applications
Electromagnetic holding magnets are essential for modern automation systems, allowing for fast, reliable and energy-efficient holding and clamping. Available in round, flat and rectangular designs, these electromagnets can meet a wide range of application needs.
With holding forces ranging from 36 to 30,000 N and a variety of sizes, they can be flexibly integrated into automated production lines, handling systems, and robotic applications. Permanent electro holding magnets are particularly impressive in automation processes, combining strong holding force with minimal power consumption by only requiring energy for release.

Electromagnetic Linear Oscillator for pumping and dosing applications
The Electromagnetic Linear Oscillator OLV is the ideal solution for precise conveying and dosing tasks in automated processes. Thanks to its closed design and practical plug-in system, it can be easily and safely integrated.
This robust oscillating solenoid can be used for a variety of applications, particularly for funnel feeding or as a pump and metering drive. Thanks to its reliable, uniform vibrating motion, the OLV supports a continuous material feed and ensures stable process conditions in automated production environments.
Bistable rotary solenoids for sorting systems
Our bistable rotary solenoids PDM are ideal for use in fast sorting and separation systems. With extremely short switching times of less than 20 ms and a high holding torque of 0.1 to 1 Nm, they enable reliable and precise switching operations, even at high cycle rates.
Thanks to their bistable design, the end positions are held stable, making them ideal for use as sorting switches in automated systems.
Compact rotary solenoid for automation applications

Measuring just 35 mm, the compact, bistable CDR035 rotary magnet is available in various versions and has rotation angles from 1° to 90°, as well as a torque between 0.5 and 3.5 Ncm. Thanks to its compact design and fast switching capability, it is ideal for actuation tasks in sorting and handling systems, as well as for safety functions.
