The Safety PLC is a high-performance safety PLC for use in EtherCAT-based automation systems. It meets the requirements of IEC 61508 up to SIL3 and DIN EN ISO 13849 up to Performance Level e.
Programming is carried out centrally via the main control system with CODESYS version 3.5 SP16 or higher. Communication is implemented via EtherCAT.
An integrated EtherCAT out enables the direct connection of external EtherCAT participants as well as other FSoE participants and supports the modular design of safety-related systems.
An SD card supports quick device replacement in the event of service.
The integrated floating point unit (FPU) enables powerful calculations even with complex safety functions.
The Safety PLC meets the requirements of IEC 61508 SIL3 and DIN EN ISO 13849 PLe.
