The HS10002 round heating inductor heats rollers with an internal diameter of 60 mm. Up to 6 inductors can be supplied ready mounted on a tube or individual coils. Thanks to the modular approach, different roller widths can be realised. It also allows individual roller areas to be heated individually, enabling particularly homogeneous surface temperatures. Due to the high efficiency of the induction systems of approx. 98%, the electrical energy is very efficiently converted into heat.
The almost unrivalled power density of up to 106 kWW/m² enables rapid heating and precise temperature control up to approx. 240°C.
