Product Information

KENDRION uses CODESYS, a software platform for many tasks in automation technology. The basis is the standard IEC 61131-3 programming system. Additional instruments, tools and tailored functions simplify software engineering in mechanical and apparatus engineering with CODESYS and provide new approaches to solutions. 

Our starter kits offer a quick and easy entry into the world of automation technology and make you familiar with the programming system CODESYS V3 and the hardware of KENDRION. In just a few steps you will learn how to programme and visualise KENDRION devices according to the international standard IEC 61131-3 or how to network them with EtherCAT® and CANopen®. PLC programming with PLCopen® blocks is and the connection of the programme with the control device is explained in detail using examples on the enclosed data carriers. Please contact us if you are interested in a customised adaptation.

As a new standard, OPC UA is used in general machine building for all state-of-the-art machines. With the variety of dockable, highly integrated IO modules, all process data can be recorded and processed in a space-saving manner.

Motion Controller for Automation & Robotics

Kendrion Motion Controllers with CODESYS SoftMotion CNC+Robotics enable the user to create extensive configuration variants for his motion tasks. Among other things, certified motion blocks according to PLCopen and the full scope of the IEC 61131-3 programming interface are available for this purpose.

Machine Building

In addition to the functions of an IEC-61131-3 programming system for the programming of Kendrion industrial controls, Kendrion provides an extensive field bus support e.g. for EtherCAT, CANopen, Profinet, Modbus and other field busses.
