Inductor for heating curved surfaces

The contoured heating inductor heats curved surfaces with a radius of 687 mm.
If required, several inductors can be arranged next to each other. This allows individual areas to be heated individually, resulting in particularly homogeneous surface temperatures. The high efficiency of the induction systems of approx. 98% means that the electrical energy is converted into heat very efficiently. The power density of 48 kW/m² enables rapid heating and precise temperature control up to approx. 240°C.
