New Automotive Sales Force to secure long-term growth

2020 saw the launch of our new global Kendrion Automotive Sales Force (KASF).
Manfred Schlett, COO Kendrion Automotive and Managing Director of Kendrion Markdorf, explains how the new structure will create an excellent journey for each customer and increase demand for our products.

One sales force: three sales channels, three organisations, three dedicated teams. “When
we set up our new KASF, we asked ourselves: how can we best meet the needs of the Automotive market for a more dynamic, customer-focused approach? We decided the best way was ‘three in one’: a single, global force taking on three independent sales channels with their own organisation and team.”

The KASF will be supported with a new, worldwide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document and track all worldwide sales activities and business opportunities and enhance collaboration.
