Kendrion completes EUR 10 million share buyback program
Kendrion N.V. today announces the completion of its share buyback program on 24 March 2026.
Since the start of the share buyback program on 26 November 2026 up to and including 24 March 2026, a total of 662,015 shares has been repurchased for a total consideration of EUR 9,999,990.48 at an average price of EUR 15.11 per share.
The share buyback program was launched following the sale of Kendrion’s China-based business and reflects disciplined capital allocation, combining continued investment in core Industrial activities with the return of excess capital to shareholders.
The program was executed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Counsel of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and its Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052.
