Tubular linear solenoids

The KLM-Varioline consists high quality small size solenoids for industrial applications. It can easily be adapted to customer specific requirements.

Product information

The high performance industrial small size solenoids of the KLM-Varioline persuade of its robustness, its universal usage and long lasting performance. Based on a modular construction system, the KLM-Varioline can be adapted to individual customer needs:
- in pulling or pushing performance
- as double stroke- and reversible solenoids
- with central- or flange fitting
- with connector, terminal or loose wires
- Stroke-Force characteristic I (force ~ constant) or II (force continuously increasing)

The industrial solenoids of the KLM-Varioline can be delivered in voltages of 12, 24, 48V DC / G 230V 50Hz AC or any other voltage you require. The solenoids will be zinc plated as standard. Optionally, it can be painted or nickel plated (increased anti corrosion protection).

All products are manufactured and tested according to DIN VDE 0580/07.2000 and RoHS conform.

The solenoids presented here are both standard products and special designs.

The stroke starting position is the original position of the armature before the stroke movement starts resp. after the reset is finished.
