The high performance locking solenoids persuade of its robustness and long lasting performance. They have been especially designed for the use in protective devices of all kinds of machines and automation plants as well as access control systems. Special emphasis has been put on compact design, universal mounting options and integrated feedback of the locking function.
Basically the stroke movement takes place from the stroke starting position to the stroke end position (active direction of movement), while the armature reset is accomplished by an integrated spring force (passive direction of movement).
Depending on the requirement two types of solenoids are available.
1. Devices unlocked without voltage in which the reset of the locking pin is achieved by a spring.
2. Devices locked without voltage in which the reset of the locking pin is achieved by electromagnetic force.
The micro-switch, which is mountend directly on the solenoid, reports the position of the locking pin.
The locking solenoids of the TVM-Varioline can be delivered in voltages of 12, 24, 48V DC / G 230V 50Hz AC or any other voltage you require. The solenoids will be zinc plated as standard. Optionally, it can be painted or nickel plated. (increased anti corrosion protection).
