At 3T, we specialize in this field and have extensive experience developing customer-specific solutions. Our expertise includes motor drives with advanced control algorithms, software-controlled power stages, and wireless energy transfer as a low-power solution.
Our two in-house technology platforms are key to our successes: "VIPER" and "PEPPER." These platforms offer numerous advantages when designing and implementing complex drive solutions. Using model-driven development methodology, we can develop control systems for complex mechanical systems by simulating their behavior and integrating the results into the software by code generation. Combined with our software and FPGA development capabilities and experience, we create custom power equipment that meets demanding efficiency, precision, and environmental stability requirements.
Over the years, we have built up a strong competence in the field of actuator control. In the last years, 3T has put in additional effort in making standard platforms available. In addition to that, we have spent a lot of effort into the Model-driven Development methodology enabling the design (and code generation) of complex mechatronic systems with advanced control strategies. This allows simulation in an early stage and easy integration of the complete system.
