Frank is R&D Engineer and Member of the Team Platforms & Technologies at Industrial Brakes. He’s responsible for the development and series support of spring-applied brakes, and for getting them ATEX, UL and CSA-certified. He studied mechanical engineering, specializing in design engineering. He gained professional experience as a design engineer in several companies and has worked as a design engineer developing spring-applied brakes since 1994 — first at Lenze AG, then at INTORQ GmbH. Frank is a real sports fan. He enjoys cycling and hiking, and special sailing. In addition, he is interested in all around technology and especially model railroad construction.
