Shareholding
The General Meeting of Shareholders will adopt the remuneration of the Supervisory Directors, at the proposal of the Supervisory Board. This remuneration is not dependent on the company's results. No shares or options will be issued as compensation.
A list of the number of Kendrion shares held by the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board as at 31 December 2008 is provided below.
