Norman Graf (1963) is Business Unit Manager of Kendrion Industrial Magnetic Systems since 2003 and for Kendrion Industrial Drive Systems since 2007. He studied mechanical engineering. The last 18 years, Mr Graf worked in three different companies in Business-to-business companies. He started as a Development Engineer, Project Manager, Key Account Manager, R&D and Purchasing Manager and Business Unit Manager. Since 2003 he is working at Kendrion.

Bernd Gundelsweiler - Passenger Car Systems
Bernd Gundelsweiler (1968) is Business Unit Manager of Kendrion Passenger Car Systems. He studied Precision Engineering at the University of Stuttgart, Germany. After earning his doctorate he started at Kendrion in 2003. He became Managing Director in 2007.

Uwe Spörl - Commercial Vehicle Systems
Uwe Spörl (1955) is Business Unit Manager of Kendrion Commercial Vehicle Systems since the take over of Linnig Group by Kendrion in 2007. He studied Mathematics, Economics and Mechanical Engineering at University of Karlsruhe in Germany. He was scientific assistant at the same university and earned a Doctorate Engineering in mechanical engineering. Since 1990 Mr Spörl held various management positions at Hydac GmbH Sulzbach, Motorenwerke Mannheim AG and Walter AG. In 2005 Uwe Spörl was appointed Managing Director at LINNIG Markdorf.
