Kendrion has implemented internal regulations to prevent insider trading. These regulations govern the Supervisory Board, Executive Board, Innovation Board, the Vice-President Automotive, the Business Unit Managers and their Controllers, and a number of other employees. In addition, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board are governed by restrictions on trading in other listed companies. Kendrion has designated a number of consultants affiliated with the company as insiders. Kendrion’s Compliance Officer is entrusted with the supervision of compliance with the regulations.
