The General Meeting of Shareholders will give an auditor the assignment of reviewing the annual accounts drafted by the Executive Board in accordance with the provisions of Article 393, paragraph 3, Book 2, of the Dutch Civil Code.

The auditor is authorised to examine all records and documents of the company. The auditor's remuneration will be paid by the company.

The auditor will report to the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board, at a minimum reporting his/her findings on the reliability and continuity of the software-based data processing.
The auditor will set out his/her results in a statement on the reliability of the annual accounts.

The annual accounts cannot be adopted if the General Meeting of Shareholders has not been able to examine the accountant's statement, which must be attached to the annual accounts, unless the other data includes notification of a statutory reason for why the statement is lacking.
